People comparing areas before they buy or rent out a home, the agents and advisers who help them, and analysts who want official figures without cleaning them.

How delivery works

Ordering is not open yet. When it opens, you pick your area at checkout, we make the report for that area, and it reaches you by email as a zip file. This is a single report, not a subscription.

Good to know

• Newest complete quarter in the current pack: Taiwan to 2026-Q2, England and Wales to 2026-Q1, France to 2025-Q4, Singapore to 2026-Q3
• These are statistics of past sales, not a valuation of any property
• France is published twice a year, so its newest figures can be about nine months old
• Taiwan sales are registered one to three months late, so only complete quarters count
• England and Wales uses the whole sale price, because the source has no floor area. Taiwan is per ping; France and Singapore are per m²
• Under 10 sales in a quarter, we show the count and no price
• The Taiwan report is in Traditional Chinese. The others are in English

Not included

• A spreadsheet: the report is the whole order
• Asking prices and the gap between asking and sale prices
• Single sales, addresses and owner names, for any country
• Anything below district level, such as streets or buildings
• Singapore private condos: only resale HDB flats
• Scotland, Northern Ireland, Japan, South Korea and New York
